It is transition time in all areas of my life. Feels alot like bodysurfing at the moment. Powerful movement, some exhiliration, some treading water, some sand in my teeth, sometimes wondering if I can hold my breath that long (I can!) and if I'll find the surface (I did!).
Teenagers, dogs, and friends all appear along the way. I try to keep it simple, like Bryon Katie says, there are only three things to do in a day: stand up, sit down and stretch out horizontally. I'll add kiss your children, hug a friend and walk your dogs to that list.
I am graced to have a front row seat to miracles in people's daily lives. They call me counselor/healer/therapist. I know it is they who teach me.
This all sounds more serious than I am. Laughing comes easily to me and rescues me from my thinking….an old habit that is gratefully falling by the wayside.
I am a part of a rural Jewish community who have walked with me over the years. It's like family, only better!
All of the shining faces on this website radiate such joy and hope. What a Blessing!
